簡単なステップでご試着可能です。お気軽にお試しください。

-ご希望商品３着まで配送 

–フィッティング期間は３日間、ゆっくりお試しください

-購入商品はそのままキープ 

-返却商品は着払いにてバック 

サービスご利用の際は、試着ご希望商品・サイズ・お名前・送付先の都道府県を記載のうえ、inquiry@eitswim.comまでメールにてご連絡をお願いいたします。その後こちらからお送りするデポジット（保険）用決済のお手続きをしていただき、ご試着の受付完了となります。

※デポジット決済が完了する前に、該当アイテムがWEBサイトにて完売してしまった場合には、先にご購入された方が優先となりますのでご了承ください
※送料は全国一律¥1,500となります。九州、北海道は¥2,000、沖縄、離島は¥2,600とさせていただいております。試着後、商品をご購入されない場合でも 、送料のみお支払いいただきます
※試着ご希望商品すべてをデポジット（保険）として先に決済していただきます。購入商品が決まった後（お戻しがある場合には商品返却後）に差額を返金とさせていただきます。返金処理にはカード会社によって数日から数週間かかりますのでご了承ください
※商品のお支払いはクレジットカード、PayPal、ApplePayのみ対応となります
※３着以上ご希望の場合は１点につき＋¥300をお支払いいただきます
※ご試着は最大5着までとさせていただいております
※在庫の少ない商品はご試着を承ることができない場合もございます。あらかじめご了承ください
※デポジット用決済のメールの有効期限は２日となります。期限を過ぎると自動キャンセルとなります。
※対象商品はeit swimの水着のみとなっております。ランジェリーラインOTOは承ることができませんのでご了承ください
※リサイクルの観点から、発送の際には使用済み段ボールを再利用させていただくことがあります。ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします

〈TRY AT HOME〉service allows you to have a fitting in the comfort of your own home. You can try it in a few simple steps.  ※AVAILABLE ONLY IN JAPAN

-Up to 3 items of your choice will be delivered to you.

-Please take your time during the fitting period of 3 days.

-Keep the products you want to purchase.

-Return any items not purchased with freight collect.

To use this service, please send an email to inquiry@eitswim.com indicating the items you wish to try on, the size, your full name, and the prefecture to which you are sending the items. After that, we will send you a deposit payment form to complete your try-on process.

※Please note that if the item becomes sold out on our website before your deposit payment is completed, priority will be given to the customer who completed their purchase first.

※Shipping is a flat rate of ¥1,500 within Japan. For Kyushu and Hokkaido, the rate is ¥2,000, and for Okinawa and remote islands, it is ¥2,600.

※A full deposit (as insurance) for all items you wish to try on must be paid in advance. After you decide which item(s) to purchase, the remaining balance will be refunded. Please note that depending on your credit card company, the refund process may take several days to a few weeks.

※If you decide not to purchase any items after trying them on, only the shipping fee will be charged.

※We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay only.

※For try-on requests of three or more items, an additional fee of ¥300 will be charged per item.

※You may request up to five items for try-on.

※Please note that some items with limited stock may not be available for try-on.

※The deposit payment link sent via email will expire after 2 days. If not completed within this period, your request will be automatically canceled.

※Only swimwear from eit swim is eligible for try-on. Please note that items from our lingerie line “OTO” are not available for this service.

※In consideration of environmental sustainability, we may reuse cardboard boxes for shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
